Where Have All The Cowboys Gone?

He's got dark hair & a crooked smile that makes me melt.
When he's in the room there's no one else.
He's taller then me.
He has tattoos.
He can wear a cowboy hat & pull off tall dark and handsome.
He can ride a horse.
He can work on cars.
He works hard to have what he's got and he's never without a job.
He doesn't want to live in a big area, he's more at home in a rural town.
He pays his bills on time.
He respects me.
He loves his family.
He's good with kids & is ok with being a roll model to mine.
He can drive a four wheeler.
He has no fear, or at least he doesn't show it.
He makes me feel safe.
He sings to me even if its extreme.
He's proud of my cooking, thinks I can make biscuits and gravy better then his mama.
He's rather have a cold beer on the porch or on the couch with his buddies then leave me at home & spend his time in a bar.
He has a truck.
Our place backs up the forest and we have a turkey.
He hunts and someday he'll bring me home a bear skin rug.
He likes hound dogs.
He wears boots.
He goes to church with me.
He's not afraid to fight with me.
He's willing to make up when we do.
He thinks its cute when I get all obsessive with my projects, history, or cooking and will listen to me when I want to rant about all of it.

Now if only he'd show up.
